WELCOME PETROLEUM MARKETING ASSOCIATIONS
As we mention on our welcome page, the goal of TankForms is to provide UST owners/operators with the resources and mobile data collection forms to utilize their own in-house staff to conduct 30-Day Walkthrough Inspections.
It is our belief that these resources are best administered through each state petroleum marketing association (PMA) or their equivalent. As such, our goal is not be just a vendor to your organization and members, but a strategic partner to your PMA.
Partnership Program
Before we beginning marketing UST owner/operators in a state, we contact the state PMA (or their equivalent) regarding establishing a strategic partnership.
As a strategic partner, we request that the PMA assist with introducing the walkthrough inspection form to members through direct contact, a link on the PMA’s website, and/or inclusion on any email updates sent to members and those signed up for updates from the PMAs.
Financial Benefit
In addition to supporting your members through both education and cost savings, PMAs can receive a financial benefit by becoming a strategic partner.
The cost of the TankForms mobile form/data storage/platform is $15* per location per month for your members; however, $5 of the $15 charge is retained by the PMA!
* The PMA can decide to charge more to non-member retail users. This provides an incentive for membership and a benefit to existing members. TankForms receives $10 per location per month regardless of what the PMA decides to charge to non-members and thus the PMA would retain all proceeds beyond the $10. In addition, PMA members will have the initial set-up fee (a one-time fee of $30 per location) waived as a benefit to PMA membership. Non-members would be subject to the $30 set-up fee per location.
Regarding PMA membership, TankForms would welcome the opportunity to become associate members of your organization. We would request that the $15 per location per month for all retail gasoline station contracts be credited towards the membership cost until the annual dues fee is reached. At that time, TankForms would qualify to become an associate member. The PMA would continue to receive $5 per location per month for all retail gasoline stations contracts in that state.
As a strategic partner, your PMA logo is featured and linked on the TankForms website.
