To create your FPMA Walkthrough Form, the location/UST system information for each of your locations is inputted into the software platform. This is necessary as the location information is populated into the mobile data collection portion of the Walkthrough Form and is also populated into the Walkthrough Form output report.  This customization process not only creates consistency, but it also saves time as it eliminates manually entering the site and tank information each month. 

The customization process is completed at no charge to current FPMA members.

An introduction to the onboarding process.

  • Provide your contact information to Tammy Gathright, FPMA Director of Education. Tammy will begin the onboarding process by collecting information regarding your current fueling operations and compliance process.

  • FPMA will collect various information contained in the FDEP databases and provide you with a summary for your review. In addition, you will be asked to provide additional information.

  • Utilizing the information provided, a customized 30-Day Visual Inspection Form will be created for each of your facilities! We will also provide you with a user name and password.

  • A training/support manager will contact your designated representatives to provide an introduction to the platform. Access to a training video will also be provided, however a video call will be conducted to ensure your success as you transition to the use of mobile technology. Your training/support manager will always be available to answer any questions.

  • We encourage you to conduct a couple of “practice” inspections so that you become familiar with the data collection process.
